• Cost: Free event
• When: Starting at 9:00am, will conclude @ 3pm after completing a 5-mile hike
• Where: Rendezvous Adventure Outfitters, 12111 E 21st St N, Wichita KS 67206
• What is Offered: Hiking Merit Badge will be offered in a partial format. Scouts will need to conduct hikes trips on their own (or with their Unit) to complete the merit badge.
• Special Information:
• Scouts will need to bring their own chair, lunch, and drinks for the class.
• Scouts will need a day-bag, or hiking bag, packed as if they are ready to go on a hike.
• Scouts need to dress for the weather and be prepared for a 5-mile hike after the classroom portion and lunch.
• Scouts will need a blue-card or be willing to stay after to be put into Scout Book
• Requirements not covered in the class: 4, 5, 6
