Rendezvous Adventure Outfitters Return Policy
Our goal at Rendezvous is to help you make the right gear choices the first time so there is less risk in needing to return items. If you have questions about a product or need help, please don't hesitate to email us at [email protected] or call us at 316-358-7735.
Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase date, and only if the product is new with tags still in place and no signs of wear or tag removal. It is up to Rendezvous Adventure Outfitters discretion to identify if tags have been removed, and re-attached to products. Footwear must be returned in it's original box with no signs of wear.
Climbing gear such as but not limited to (see list below) is non-returnable.
